They really know how to follow orders. Especially ika and the other girls. They make the drinks as how u want it. Great service

Read so many bad comments for this Zus Kiosk but it was a different experience for me. I ordered my Cafe Latte and the service was fast. Taste is the same as other outlet. Both employees was friendly. I do believe, they might be overworked during peak hours or weekend based on all the bad comments. So, Zus Management.... I think it's high time you hire another employee to help the existing 2 employees. Likewise, please reward them as I can see they are trying very hard to manage the high traffic customers. Just my 2 cents comment. Kudos to the existing employees. Keep up your good work.

Excellent service. I’m a regular customer of this outlet as I go One U almost everyday. As usual I placed my order with this outlet this afternoon. Then I proceed to do my grocery shopping, planning to pick up my drinks later. However, after my grocery shopping I just went to collect my car, forgetting that I haven’t pick up my drinks. Few hours later I realized that my drinks were not collected! I contacted the outlet to inform that I will go One U to collect my order and if they are willing to re-do the drinks for me. To my surprise they are willing to do so. I’m impressed with their great service!
